Bill was a wonderful light in our neighborhood of Sky Harbor, we will certainly miss him. We wish your family peace and strength as you try to navigate your life without him. Jim and I certainly enjoyed his visits when he stopped by our place, he was always helpful and happy. He was the goof on the roof! (His own description of himself.) Love, Jim and Tressa

Bill Nielsen was such a great soul, friend, brother in law, stepfather, grampa and husband to my sister Kathy. He was loved by many friends and family in Illinois and in Clearwater, FL. He will be missed terribly all of us. He was the "handy man" in our mobile park, helped anyone who needed it, and had so many good friends there. He rode around the park in his golf cart, stopping to talk and joke with everyone. His laugh would echo down the street. Bill took the Stairway to Heaven and is blasting his heavy metal music in heaven as loud as he wants to. He was an Angel on earth, a Kind, caring, most generous guy. I'm going to miss you so much Bill. Condolences to my Sister Kathy, Kelly, Bob, Zack and the entire Nielsen family.

To Billy's family our most sincere condolences. Bill was the mayor of Sky Harbor Estates he was known by all and always willing to help everyone in our neighborhood. He always had a smile on his face and a stupid joke to tell, he was loved by all and is truly missed by all. Rest in heavenly peace Bill, we love you. Gary and Annie
