Myra Pieroni, Age 86. Beloved wife of the late Robert P. Pieroni. Loving mother of Debbie Pieroni, Dawn Marie Pieroni and Robert A. (Kim) Pieroni. Cherished grandmother of Bobby Pieroni. Dearest daughter of the late Julius and Laura Poslusny. Dear sister of the late Ed Poslusny. Fond aunt of many nieces and nephews.

On December 13th, 2024, Myra Pieroni passed away peacefully and our family dynamic has forever changed. Myra was full of life, had a passion for her soap operas Dancing with the Stars, slot machines, Vegas and our family vacations to Orlando, FLA, but most of all providing love and support for her family. With Robert they raised a beautiful family of three children. Always putting the needs of their children before herself, giving them guidance, lending a helping hand, and so much love. Myra’s most cherished achievement in life was watching her kids grow, flourish and to have watched her grandson grow into a young man. Her love for her Cubbies and Green Bay Packers were known to all. Her baking was exceptional from her kolache cookies to her homemade peach dumplings to her native Bohemian dishes. Myra was young at heart with a zest for life. She exuded class, sophistication and beauty that stemmed from inside and out. Heaven gained another angel and Myra is at peace with her beloved husband. Myra will be missed dearly by all those who knew and loved her! Her legacy of love, kindness, compassion will continue to inspire us. Her beautiful smile was infectious and lit up every room she entered. And now her smile will shine even greater as she passes through the gates to Heaven and continues to be our guiding light from above!

How can this be? I was just holding your hand in mine and looking into those beautiful hazel eyes of yours. I miss you more than words can say. Your alluring smile, your inner strength and your outer beauty made you timeless! I will cherish always the memories of you, my childhood; they are forever embedded in my heart. The only thing that brings me solace is knowing that you have reunited with Dad and pray you two continue your dance from above. I will love you always to infinity and beyond. Your beautiful eyes were the light to your soul. And the next time I see a shining star, I will know it is yours. I love you so so much Mom and that love will continue each and every day from "dawn" until dusk! Your Daughter Dawnmarie

We had the pleasure of meeting Myra at several Maheras family occasions over the many years that Debbie and Joe have been a couple. She was a very friendly and sweet woman and it was always nice to see her. You could tell that she dearly loved her three children and grandson. We'll miss seeing Myra at the get togethers, but are thankful that she is now at rest, and in peace, with God.

What can I say about My Aunt Myra. She was sharp and opinionated and a GREAT dresser. But all these things pale in comparison to the childhood memories of her. Always so sweet and kind to me. When I think of those summer days long ago she is one of the first loving people I knew so well. She is now with her earliest loving people, her brother , her parents and truly the Love of her life My Uncle Bob. God's speed Auntie Myra .

My beautiful Aunt Myra. My father’s sister. We had some lost time. I cherish that we reconnected. You were able to answer my many questions of times past. We had some great conversations on the phone. We mostly laughed, sometimes cried. You were the link to my enchanted childhood growing up in Chicago. Such an idyllic time. Such great memories. You are now with the angels. You are with Grandma and Grandpa, my father, and with your true love Uncle Bob. I will miss our talks.

Dawn, Debbie and Robert and son Robert. You lost an amazing woman who is in Heaven playing board games with her happy, hugable husband Robert. She was loyal to the end, fighting for her family and her love decends from the stars. We are all better souls for knowing her. RIP dear Myra. We will always love and remember you.
