“Mariano Demma, age 80 of St. Charles, IL. Loving husband of Francesca (nee Guinta) of 54 years and loving father of Josephine (Ray) and Anthony (Sue). Adored brother to Marina Gloria (Guiseppe), Tony (Rose), and Sam (Pia). Treasured Brother-in-law to Rosetta & Michele, Anna & Franco, Mariella & Joe, Pina & Antonino, and Rosalia & Pino Cherished Nonno to Gianna, Nina, Nicholas, Alyssa, and Juliana. Was loved and cherished by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends. Passed away with loved ones surrounding him in his home on Thursday March 29th, 2018. Wake services held on Tuesday, April 3rd at Salerno Funeral Home located at 450 West Lake Street, Roselle, IL 60172- 3-9pm. The funeral (please go directly to the Church, not the Funeral Home), will be held Wednesday April 4th at St. Patrick Catholic Church at 6N491 Crane Road, St. Charles, IL 60175. The last viewing will be held at the church on the 4th at 10:30-11:15 with the Mass to follow. Procession to All Saints Cemetery following Funeral Mass.”

Mario will truly be missed , as we enjoyed his company on many occasions, his generosity to so many and his good nature . It was difficult to see him struggle in the recent years and battle an illness that has no mercy. We know Mario is in a better place and with friends and relatives that proceeded him. God Bless you Mario and its a comfort to know your pain is over.
