Roy and Mrs. Ritter, I am so sorry to find this obituary on Frank. I had no idea of his passing. My deepest condolences to you. I've tried to call several times over the past several months, but no one answered. Roy, if possible could you please let me know how to get a hold of you or your mother. Thanks.
