Donald W. Hadrava

Donald Wayne Hadrava of Frankfort, Illinois
Loving son of Dorothy and the late Frank Hadrava; Dear brother of Linda (Mike) Gates; Dear uncle of Kevin (Lauren) Gates and Allison (Austin) Swan; Fond great uncle of Milo Gates and Evan Swan. Donald grew up in Northlake, IL and was a proud graduate of West Leyden High School. Following graduation, he began a career in carpentry, and was a member of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America for over 40 years. Donald had a great passion for American sports cars and motorcycles, enjoying taking out both his Harley Davidson and Ford Shelby Mustang for afternoon drives. He could often be found listening to rock music and had an infectious love for KISS. He also enjoyed reading comic books, with his favorite character Superman emphasizing his belief in “Truth, Justice, and the American Way.”
