Theresa G. DiPerte (nee Portello), passed away Friday, April 27th, 2018 peacefully at home with her son Vito by her side. She was born October 3rd, 1941, the daughter of Matthew & Julia Portello. She was united in marriage to Giuseppe DiPerte on September 3rd, 1966. They were married for 50 loving years and had two sons, Vito Michael and Joseph Matthew.

Theresa loved 50‘s music, dancing and liked to keep up with all the latest fashions. She kept in touch with her close childhood friends, Beverly D, Mary T, Corine N, Joanne G, Beverly H and Camille D.

Theresa was preceded in death by her husband Giuseppe DiPerte in 2016 and by their son, Joseph M. DiPerte in 2010 and is survived by her son Vito DiPerte, Addison, Illinois.

Sweet as anyone could be, Terry was a wonderful mom, spoiling her boys like any doting mom would do.The oerfect wife, endless pampwring her hard working husband Joe. She was a wonderful neighbor and great friend. She treated me and my husband like an extention of her wonderful Italian family. She will be greatly missed by all who's lives were touch by this gentle and kind woman. Rest eternal Terry. I'll see yiu again upon Jesus' return. My heart breaks that I can't be with you Vito. Holding you tight and praying fir your comfort. Kniw yiu are lived and know we understand what you are feeling.
