Louis Arthur Bartucci, age 77, passed away on May 25, 2024, surrounded by his family. Loving husband of 49 years to the late Susan Marie Bartucci. Devoted father to Heather (Christopher) Wechet and Brianna (Christopher) Kozlowski; Proud papa to Aidan, Logan, and Cameron Wechet. Beloved son to the late Louis Ralph and Paulean Jean Bartucci. Loyal brother to Dr. Eugene (Nancy) Bartucci and Mary Rose (Ron) Estrada. Loved brother -in-law of Victor E (Jean) Cizinauskas and the late Sharon (Ray) Frank. Adored uncle to many nieces and nephews.

Born in Des Plaines, IL Louis was a talented, gentle soul who had an impact on so many people. He loved his family including all of his cousins to no end. Cherished family Sunday dinners, loved Chicago sports, and instilled traditions that have shaped his daughter’s lives forever. His daughters were his pride and joy, the center of his world. Even in the end Louis could not leave his beautiful girls. Louis had the ability to make anyone smile and always brought laughter to the room. He held many titles from joker to mentor to husband to father. But his greatest title was Papa. His three grandsons were his ultimate joy. Their number one fan and loved them with all he had. We were so lucky to have such an amazing man in our lives, Louis would say he was the lucky one, but we know we were. A life that touches others’ lives on forever.
