It is with great sadness that I read this morning of the passing of Colonel Baranowski. Colonel Baranowski and my father, Colonel James J. Hill, were dental surgeons together in the Army a very many years ago -- I was a teenager then. I hope they come across each other now, to sit down together with their wives for cocktails and army stories. My deepest condolences to the family as they grieve their loss.

Tom, Lorrie and me gathered together for our Thanksgiving Feast. Leo loved the meal, the champagne and the company! This year we missed him, incredibly.

It's been a month since you passed, Leo. Today is Greg's 65th birthday. You died one day before Greg's 8th Anniversary of his passing. Are you, Greg, Dolores, and all his grandparents celebrating his birthday in heaven? I hope so! It help's the pain of all the loss Tom is feeling as well as me and Lorrie. You were a big part of my life, being your caregiver for 2 years. I am thankful I got to know you more intimately because of it. I doubt we could have become any closer then when I held your hand while you went to heaven. Because of you, I don't think I can be a caregiver to anyone else. Your death truly put an end to a 20+ career as a caregiver. I think of you daily while we go through your home and personal belongings. I hope you're happy with our decisions concerning your property? This was a tough job, one I never wish to do again. Tina
