I spoke with Billy the Friday before he left us. He explained to me that he was in the hospital and what he was going thru and that he was going to another facility to rehab. His last words to me were: “Ant, I have to go now, the Doctors are coming in to talk to me, call me whenever you want; I will have a lot of time on my hands.” Billy knew my wife Bonnie before I did. His parents are my God Parents. He was the beat of the Alley Cats. In the DeMenna Family your Cousins are your Brothers and Sisters and your Aunts and Uncles are another Mother and Father. So Little Brother say hello to your Brother Lou, our Cousin Greg, and my Brother John. See you on the other side Billy Boy. Your Cousin Anthony

It grieves me intensely knowing Billy since he was just a little kid as I was close friends with his big brother Louie. While I never had the pleasure of meeting his children, I know that he will be sorely missed not only by them, but the many friends whose lives he has touched and enlightened with his charm and good spirited nature. To the family of Billy, please accept my most sincere condolences on his passing and may G-d grant you much serenity and peace during these sad and trying times. With my deepest sympathy, I remain.
